Cold rolled bending used for strength eliminating all sharp corners, square box section formed in this process as got added strength compared to round tube.
 

GALVANISING

The galvanising used is in the form of Hot Dip Galvanising which protects inside as well as what the eye see's. Galvanised products are the most sensible process for all outdoor areas especially for Coast Resorts due the salt air, therefore we can guarantee all metal work for 12 years.
 

BIRCH PLYWOOD

with laminated none slip surface birch ply is treated in boiling hot water to check bonding of the ply layers also making the plywood water resistant we will put a 5 year guarantee.
